  • Choose ATM payment, We’ll only start the process of shipping once the payment has been received. If the payment has not been received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled automatically by the system.
  • Please do check your E-mail after placing the order, we will send the order confirmation and the shipping notice, you can check the process of the order at any time.
  • If the recipient chose 7-11/Family Mart delivery and fail to pick up within 7 days, it will take another 1-3 days to be returned to us, the recipient has the responsibility to pay for the second delivery fee.
  • If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, EMS is able to organize a second delivery attempt the following working day, the process will be faster if the recipient can contact the nearest EMS office.
  • If the recipient is not home for this second delivery, it will take another 6-9 working days to be returned to us, the recipient has the responsibility to pay for the second delivery fee.
  • You order is shipped from our warehouse and delivered directly to your home. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to pick-up parcel shops.
  • Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Box.
  • Due to the time-consuming, we cannot provide return and exchange requests for the orders from outside of Taiwan. Please think twice before placing an order. We are sorry for this inconvenience. But if your order has not been delivered, you can always contact us to modify the order.
  • Customs charges may be applied by Customs of the country of delivery. Please note that the customs fare varies depending on the country of delivery and shall be borne by the customer.
  • In the event of any force majeure factors,we will announce it on the official website according to the situation.
  • In case of a large volume of orders due to the season of sales or festival, the order might be delayed for 1-2 days, and the actual delivery time will be subject to the E-mail you received. Please bear with us.
