Application Eligibility & Method:
The system will automatically calculate your total spending amount over a year and assign you a membership level based on your spending.
- Every time you complete a purchase, the system will recheck your "total points" and "total spending amount," starting from the date of your last purchase, to review the past year's spending to see if you meet the upgrade criteria.
- If you meet the upgrade criteria and reach the upgrade threshold (with the order in a paid status), you will be automatically upgraded and receive an upgrade gift 3 days after the order is paid. Your membership will then be extended for another year starting from the date of the upgrade.
- Conversely, if a member's total spending amount, effective purchase count, or points decrease due to order cancellations or returns, their membership level will be downgraded. The downgraded membership will last for one year starting from the downgrade date. Note: Downgrades due to refunds will not receive another upgrade gift. However, if the downgrade is due to not meeting the spending criteria within a year, you will receive an upgrade gift once you meet the spending upgrade threshold again.
Spending Accumulation Calculation Method:
Spending accumulation is calculated on a rolling basis over a year:
**Example:** If you make your first purchase and become a member on 2023/08/01, every time you complete a purchase, the system will recheck your "total points" and "total spending amount," starting from the date of your last purchase, to review the past year's spending to see if you meet the upgrade criteria.
If you spend NT$15,000 on 2023/08/20, the system will automatically upgrade you to a Silver Card member three days after the payment of that order, and the one-year period will start from then. If your total spending (after discounts) reaches NT$12,000 within that year, the system will renew your membership and reset the one-year period.
If you spend NT$25,000 on 2023/10/20, the system will automatically upgrade you to a Gold Card member three days after the payment of that order, and the one-year period will start from then.
Important Notes:
-Points accumulation is only available to registered members who log in for their purchases. Points can only be accumulated under the same account and cannot be combined with other accounts.
- The maximum number of points that can be applied to an order will automatically appear on the cart page. Points can offset up to 20% of the order total, and they expire after one year. Some products cannot be purchased with points, and some member-exclusive discounts may not apply.
- Points Issuance Timing: Points are issued automatically by the system the day after the order status changes to "Paid" and "Shipped."
- All membership level-exclusive discounts apply to full-priced items. Discounts do not apply to sale items, limited editions, or bundles.
- All discounts and vouchers are only valid on the official website and cannot be used at any offline events.
- Special promotions and discounted products are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Birthday vouchers are issued automatically during the birthday month if the member's profile is complete. If the profile is incomplete, the voucher will not be reissued.
- In case of refunds or returns, the corresponding amount and points will be deducted.
- The above accumulation methods do not apply to group purchases.
- Coupons, exclusive discount codes, points, and free shipping discounts are for the account holder's use only.
- If any membership level's exclusive discounts, accounts are shared with others, or products are resold for commercial purposes, the membership will be canceled, and re-application will be restricted for 2 years.
- These membership rewards are only applicable on the official website.
