Hello INCYLENCE Asia website users, please read and understand these Terms of Use and agree that this website will not be liable for any of the following events:

By completing the INCYLENCE Asia website membership registration process, or starting to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

INCYLENCE Asia reserves the right to modify or change the TOS at any time, and you are advised to be aware of such modifications or changes at all times. Your continued use of the Service following any modification or change shall be deemed to constitute your having read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or change.

If you are a minor under the age of 20, please read, understand and agree with your parent (or guardian) to all of the terms and conditions of the TOS and any modifications or changes to the TOS before registering as a Member, using or continuing to use the Service. By using or continuing to use the Service, it is presumed that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to accept all of the contents of the TOS and any modifications or changes thereto.

Transaction Behaviour

When you use this website to conduct transactions, you should follow the mechanism provided by INCYLENCE Asia to confirm the quantity and price of goods. When you agree to use this service to order products, INCYLENCE Asia reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel the shipment until INCYLENCE Asia has notified you that the transaction has been confirmed. In the event that there is an error in the terms and conditions (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, images, etc.) of the goods or services subject to the order, INCYLENCE Asia may reject the order within two (2) business days of the order being placed. In the event that you return or exchange a product, cancel an order, or commit any act that INCYLENCE Asia deems inappropriate and which causes INCYLENCE Asia operational distress or damage, INCYLENCE Asia may, depending on the circumstances, refuse the transaction, suspend the cancellation of the payment method for home delivery or over-the-counter delivery, or permanently cancel the Membership.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service and any dispute or controversy relating to these Terms of Service or arising out of any transaction between you and INCYLENCE Asia shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China, with the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first jurisdiction. Any matters not covered in these Terms of Service shall be construed, supplemented and dealt with in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China.
