After placing the order, you need to make an appointment with the customer service through the official LINE for a pickup time. The customer service will first inform you of the fastest pickup time, and then you can pick up the goods at the store according to the time agreed by both parties.

The studio is different from the physical store. This store is not a physical sales store. It currently only provides a pick-up service after placing an order, so that some Hunters who would like to receive the goods faster can pick up the goods directly.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- The order will be shipped 2-3 working days after placing the order following the checkout order. The actual arrival time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
- If you choose Bank Transfer, the order will be shipped only after receiving the transfer.
- REMINDER! The “Bank transfer" deadline is before 23:59 on the next day after the order is placed. If the payment is overdue, your order will be automatically canceled.
- It is not possible to reserve product inventory by adding the product to the shopping cart or choosing Bank Transfer payment without paying. The product inventory allocation will be based on the checkout order.
- When placing an order, you must fill in the real name (name on the official ID card/certificate). If the order cannot be picked up or delivered due to a different name than the real name, you must bear the cost of re-sending the item.
- Please note that if you fail to pay frequently or cancel orders arbitrarily, your transaction/account will be restricted (the restriction period is one year).
- Please pay attention to your email after placing the order. We will send order confirmation and shipping notification. You can check the status of the goods at any time, or you can join the official LINE bound account and the order and shipping information will be automatically notified.
- 7-11/ Family Mart pick up: If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days after arriving at the shop, the parcel will be returned. You will need to wait for us to receive the return and resend it, which will take around 1-3 working days (excluding holidays). You will need to bear another fee.
- Due to the time-consuming, we can not provide return and exchange services for overseas customers.

CUSTOMS DUTY
- When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called 'Customs Duty' that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
- If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your countries specific regulations.
- If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
